The royalty of Kazakhstan’s oil and gas industry will meet with the participants of the conference KIOGE

KIOGE 2017 will be held traditionally in the first week of October in Almaty and this year we will celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Oil & Gas Conference where key players and experts of one of the most important sectors of Kazakhstan’s economy will come together.

The conference program includes sessions on the most topical issues covering development of the oil and gas industry. The plenary session will be devoted to the reviewing the main indicators of the oil and gas sector since independence of the country, consideration of major oil and gas projects and expansion of oil and gas supply routes.

The representatives of leading oil and gas companies and international consortiums that entered Kazakhstan’s market more than 20 years ago and became permanent participants of KIOGE for many years are invited to participate in the event.

The Heads of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Company “KazMunayGas”, international and Kazakhstan development institutions will speak in the plenary session.

Furthermore, the conference will remain in the format of sessions where issues including the development of the oil and gas production sector and technological innovations in exploration and production of hydrocarbons will be discussed. Representatives of major oil producing and service companies are invited to discuss these topics, including KazMunayGas - Exploration and Production, Schlumberger, NCOC, KPO, DNV GL, LLP KazMunayGas Production and Drilling Technologies and many others.

On the second day of the conference, the session titled National Treasure – Kazakhstan’s Oil and Gas Industry in Faces will take place. The session’s format will assume an open meeting with outstanding industry professionals, discoverers of deposits, specialists who participated in key international negotiations on establishing joint ventures and consortiums.

This year one of the most significant dates in the oil and gas industry is the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the company KazTransOil and to commemorate, the session on the second day of the conference will be dedicated to the development of the hydrocarbon transportation and storage system. The main transport operators and independent experts are invited to participate in it.

KIOGE will also host B2B meetings, presentations and negotiations between companies, government agencies and consulting organisations.

The KIOGE 2017 event will be organised by Iteca Kazakhstan Exhibition Company and its international partner ITE Group Plc (UK).
