The booth will feature self‑developed VSP DQ series top drive complete units, compatible spare parts for all major top drive brands, and auxiliary equipment for oil drilling:

1. Self‑developed top drive complete units: DQ40B‑VSP, DQ50B‑VSP, DQ50BQ‑VSP, DQ70BS‑VSP, covering drilling depths from 2000 to 7000 metres, suitable for various onshore and offshore drilling platforms.
2. Compatible replacement parts: compatible with major top drive brands such as Varco/NOV, TESCO, CANRIG, BPM, JH Jinghong, etc., and can directly replace original factory parts.
3. Core top drive components: IBOP (internal blowout preventer), washpipe/seal assembly, top drive service loop cable, main shaft, gears/gearboxes, various adapters, hydraulic valve block assemblies, complete set of hydraulic components.
4. Supporting drilling equipment: mud pumps (complete units and full sets of spare parts); pipe handling manipulators for fingerboard, manipulators for rig floor, hydraulic elevators, slips, tongs, Christmas trees, and other drilling tool accessories.

① Self‑developed DQ series top drives (DQ40B‑VSP / DQ50B‑VSP / DQ50BQ‑VSP / DQ70BS‑VSP)
Brief description: Completely self‑designed and manufactured AC variable‑frequency top drives, rated drilling depth covering 2000‑7000m, load capacity 1350‑4500kN, featuring integrated top‑mounted hydraulic system, dual‑cylinder internal force balance structure, forced‑air‑cooled main motor, suitable for wide‑temperature operation from ‑45°C to +55°C.
Main advantages: Load and torque parameters outperform domestic counterparts at the same level; IBOP rated pressure up to 105MPa; no need for a ground hydraulic power unit, all imported hydraulic components integrated into the top drive body; modular design for easy on‑site assembly, disassembly and maintenance; can be directly matched with existing various rigs without major modifications.
② Washpipe assembly Blak Jak
One washpipe packing and two face seals are installed on the upper part of the washpipe, mainly providing static sealing for the washpipe. Four washpipe packings and face O rings are installed on the lower part to provide dynamic sealing. Internal upper and lower compression nuts pre tighten the washpipe packings to achieve sealing effect. The tungsten carbide washpipe and high quality packings ensure longer service life and better sealing performance. Compared with traditional washpipes, this high performance washpipe is lighter in overall weight and easier and faster to install. When replacing the washpipe packings, a special fixture/tool is required to disassemble the upper and lower compression nuts.
③ High reliability top drive Service Loop cable
Technical & commercial brief: Imported sheath and insulation materials; available in power, control, auxiliary and communication cable types; compatible with top drives from NOV Varco, BPM, JH Jinghong and other brands; length and connector types can be customised upon request.
Key advantages: Resistant to high/low temperatures, UV radiation, torsion and aging; factory tested with repeated bending simulation under working conditions; both domestic and imported options are available for customer choice. 

④ Full-range compatible top drive spare parts (Varco/NOV/TESCO/CANRIG)
Technical & commercial brief: Covering mainstream models such as TDS‑8SA ~ TDS‑11SA, EMI EXI, DQ450DBZ, etc., including a complete set of wear parts: main shaft, IBOP, valve plates, gearboxes, washpipe assemblies, etc.
Key advantages: Dimensions, interfaces and performance are fully interchangeable with original parts; manufactured to API standards; large stock available; also provide inspection and repair services for used parts.

⑤ Mud pumps and spare parts
Technical & commercial brief: Complete 3NB and F series mud pumps, as well as full sets of wear parts including pistons, liners, valve blocks, crossheads, etc. Manufactured to API 7K standards, compatible with brands such as TSC, NOV, MH, CAMERON, LEWCO, SOUTHWEST, HH, Bomco, Zpec, etc.
Key advantages: Suitable for onshore and offshore drilling conditions; ample inventory reduces project downtime.
