EPC (Engineering · Procurement · Construction) is a project delivery model under which the contractor assumes full responsibility for the project: from engineering design and equipment procurement to construction and commissioning. The customer receives a fully operational facility at a fixed price and within the agreed timeframe – and simply “turns the key.”
