We are India’s leading manufacturer of Down Hole Completion Equipment for Oil & Gas Industry with successful deployments in more than 50 countries including in very challenging geologies.

With an enviable track record of 30 years, including the initial six years as a Joint Venture with then Global Leader Baker Oil Tools, USA, we have pioneered Innovative Designing, Prototyping, Validation, & Manufacturing processes at our sprawling 40,000 Square Meter Campus near New Delhi, INDIA, & a game-changing, HSE compliant, 4,200 Square Meter, Workshop / Assembly / Testing Service BASE in Hassi Messaoud, ALGERIA. Our Manufacturing Facility near New Delhi, INDIA, our “CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE” as we call it, has, over the years, been successfully audited & found matching, & in some ways, exceeding the Systems-Orientation & Practices required by some of the most demanding internal standards of major Oil & Gas E & P Companies & Globally leading Service Contractors.

We have 8 valid Product monograming certificates (API-5B, API-5CT, API-11D1, API-14L, API-19AC, API-19G1, API-19G2 & API-19G3) in addition to API-Spec-Q1 and ISO 9001:2015 from API.

We have 47 Machines in our facility, including 14 CNCs & 8 Mazak Multitasking Intelligent Machining Centres, & offer a one-stop solution for Down Hole Completions through our versatile & wide Product Portfolio including Cementing Tools, Liner Hanger Systems, Production & Completion Packers, Bridge Plugs / Cement Retainers, Flow Control Systems, & Gas Lift Systems.

Each new Product Development, and / or Innovative Product enhancement, is Prototyped, & Validated at our state-of-art Simulation Centre with real-time capabilities at up to 500 degrees F, 15000 psi Differential Pressure, & 200,000 Lbs axial load.
