Product

Target Zero is a comprehensive digital platform designed to automate occupational health and safety, industrial safety, environmental management, and operational risk management processes. The solution is intended for industrial enterprises, power generation companies, mining operations, oil and gas organizations, manufacturing facilities, and other businesses that require systematic control over personnel safety, contractor activities, production processes, and environmental performance.

The platform integrates all key HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) processes into a single information environment, allowing organizations to move from fragmented logs, Excel spreadsheets, and paper-based workflows to centralized data management, analytics, and automated control.

Occupational Health and Industrial Safety

Target Zero supports the full lifecycle of safety management activities. Users can plan and assign inspections, audits, and corrective actions, designate responsible personnel, monitor completion deadlines, and receive automatic notifications of upcoming due dates and overdue tasks.
The system provides incident registration, investigation, and analysis capabilities, storing all related information within a single event record, including details of injured persons and witnesses, investigation materials, reports, photographs, and supporting documents. This significantly accelerates incident investigations and enables analytical reporting to prevent recurrence.
For rapid identification of safety violations, a mobile application allows employees to record non-compliance directly at production sites, attach photographs, and issue notifications in real time.
The platform also supports employee medical records management, including daily and periodic medical examination results, enabling organizations to monitor workforce health and analyze illness trends.

Environmental Management

The environmental module of Target Zero automates the recording and analysis of emissions, discharges, and waste generated by an enterprise.

The system includes a built-in directory of calculation methodologies based on the current regulatory framework of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including Order No. 221-P, Order No. 100-P, Order No. 63, and the Collection of Methodologies for Calculating Pollutant Emissions. Users can apply predefined calculation models or create their own methodologies and manage parameters through an integrated calculation designer.

Based on approved methodologies, enterprises can maintain records of pollution sources, calculate emissions, analyze environmental impact indicators, and assign responsibility for environmental records management across departments.

The system also includes an integrated classifier of pollutants and waste categories, ensuring a unified approach to environmental accounting and compliance monitoring.
Industrial Environmental Monitoring and Reporting

The Industrial Environmental Control (IEC) module automates monitoring of control points, management of instrumental measurement logs, collection of laboratory data, and assessment of compliance with environmental standards.

For greater efficiency, the system supports data import and export, automatic validation of indicators, and generation of environmental monitoring reports.

The platform can automatically generate mandatory environmental reports, including:
