COMPOSITE REPAIR SOLUTIONS

CORRSTOP Composite Repair Systems (CRS) are designed for the repair of operating above-ground, onshore, buried, and subsea transmission, gathering, process, and other pipelines with operating pressures up to 12 MPa and outside diameters ranging from 89 mm to 1,420 mm.

The system provides a permanent repair solution that restores the structural integrity and load-bearing capacity of defective pipelines to a level equivalent to that of an undamaged pipe. It offers corrosion protection and wall reinforcement through the application of advanced composite materials and engineered composite repair systems, while ensuring 100% leak-tightness of the repaired pipeline section.

Design service life of the repair systems: up to 50 years.
