March 2022 saw the Zagorsk Pipe Plant and the Ural Steel Plant (Novotroitsk) forming an integrated iron-and-steel holding “Ural Steel”.
The Ural Steel full-cycle iron-and-steel plant is Russia’s No. 1 supplier of axle steel, structural steel and high-quality steel grades for large-diameter pipes.

The partnership between the Ural and Zagorsk Pipe plants expands the holding’s capabilities to supply pipes for major oil and gas projects, infrastructural projects and construction projects.
