1. Presentation of the Company (公司介绍)

Sunlight Power Ltd Private Company is an energy service company, the main activity of which is the construction of energy facilities on a turn-key basis. The company invests, builds and operates Gas Piston Power Plants, has ready-made solutions and proven technologies for the utilization and processing of associated petroleum gas in oil and gas fields.

The company is the Kazakhstan branch of the Chinese Xinjiang Tailing Xinchuang Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd. The parent company has a strategic cooperation with Cummins Power, the global American manufacturer of generators. Cummins Power generators occupy leading positions in the oil, mining industry, civil aviation, communications, finance. Together with Cummins Power, we provide users with fast and profitable after-sales service.
The parent company has built several dozen Gas Piston Power Plants and Gas Turbine Power Plants in China, the total volume of implemented energy projects is 500 MW for power supply of distant fields, in the mining industry and in other places. We have built several Gas Piston Power Plants for oil fields in Kazakhstan, the total volume of implemented energy projects to date is about 30 MW.
The company’s scope of activities also includes the sale of gas piston generators of the Top 5 world brands and the sale of spare parts for gas piston generators. The company also has a professional technical team that can provide maintenance, routine repairs and major repairs for various brands of gas piston generators.

2. Some of the company’s completed projects（公司部分已建成项目）
PetroKazakhstan Kumkol Resources JSC
In 2017, we rented out 78 diesel generator sets to PetroKazakhstan Kumkol Resources JSC in Kyzylorda city, Kazakhstan. We also invested in and built a 7.2 MW Diesel Power Plant and a 2.4 MW Gas Piston Power Plant for it.
Total capacity of power plants: 20 МW.

Generator Rental Project in Dubai
In 2015, our Dubai company supplied more than 70 diesel generators for renting to customers.

General contractor Gas Piston Power Plant - KuatAmlonMunai JV LLP
In 2018, our company built 2 Gas Piston Power Plants with a capacity of 8 MW and 4 MW at the Bektas and Konys fields in the Kyzylorda region of the Republic of Kazakhstan, replacing two old Gas Turbine Power Plants. All electricity supply to the oil field is provided by these two Gas Piston Power Plants.

General contractor Gas Piston Power Plant - CNPC - Ai Dan Munai JSC
In 2019, our company built a 6 MW Gas Piston Power Plant at the Arysskoye field in the Kyzylorda region of the Republic of Kazakhstan, replacing one old Gas Turbine Power Plant. All electricity supply to the oil field is provided by this Gas Piston Power Plant.

In 2023-2024, we built a 3 MW+1.2 MW Gas Piston Power Plant for KAZPETROL GROUP LLP, and also built a 2.4 MW Gas Piston Power Plant for its subsidiary Galaz and Company LLP in the Kyzalordina region of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Three 10MW General Contract Gas Piston Power Plants for three 300,000m3 LNG Processing Plants in Chongqing, China
These three power plants were completed and commissioned in 2023-2024.
