Newtech Systems Group LLP is a domestic production company. Founded in 2011, the company successfully localized the production of flexible quick-release thermal insulation, passive fire protection (PFP), sound and thermal insulation and became the largest manufacturer in this area on the country’s market. The company offers turnkey manufacturing of HVAC systems - design, production, commissioning.
HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) systems and its parts: air ducts, ventilation grilles, blinds, sand traps, dampers, filters, bafflers, inspection hatches, etc.

   

Flexible quick-release insulating covers (thermal insulation of pipelines, fittings, flanges, shut-off valves, equipment, air ducts, instrumentation).
Flexible quick-release insulating covers are an innovative solution that replaces traditional thermal insulation made of metal boxes with mineral wool.

  

Passive fire protection. It is used to protect key safety elements (emergency pressure relief valves, emergency shutdown valves) from high temperatures in case of fire. It withstands hydrocarbon pull fires and jet fires for up to 180 minutes

Mineral wool slabs with V-shaped cuts, laminated with aluminum foil.
The sheet metal casing is made of stainless or galvanized steel, aluminum or AluZinc coated sheet.

  

Fireproof tents, shelters and welding blankets. Tents for hot works made of fabrics with a fire-resistant coating or impregnation for enclosing the hot works area (welding, cutting, soldering, etc.)
