DK Jones Ltd has announced that a new warehouse extension, on their UK site has now been completed.
This new extension of 5,000 square metres, which increases their total covered warehouse space to 15,000 square metres, allows both an increased range of Pipe, Fittings & Flanges and additional machining capacity.
Several new machines have now been installed.
These include three new CNC machines plus two machines specially designed for the profiling of Weld Outlet fittings.

This major new investment in equipment will enable them to machine the faces and bores of flanges up to 24” with pressure rating up to 2500# and Butt Weld fittings with wall thickness of up to Sch 160 and XXS in all sizes up to 24” N/B. Olets can also be supplied on an urgent basis from their large stocks of bar and semi finished forgings and fittings ensuring a very quick delivery time for many standard and special items.
DK Jones believes that this increased warehouse capacity and new equipment will enable their many customers worldwide to take advantage of the benefit of even shorter delivery times for all high quality standard and special fittings and flanges in Alloy, Low Temperature, Carbon and Stainless Steels.
