Dear participants of KIOGE 2026,
On behalf of the Organizing Board, we warmly welcome you and your partners. We hope that the preparation of your company for conference participation is going well - we are sure that it will definitely meet all your expectations.
REGISTRATION
You can collect your badge and all conference proceedings at registration desks in The Ritz Carlton Almaty Hotel
- 29 September from 3 p.m. till 8 p.m. (1st floor) – Pre-registration
- 30 September from 9 a.m. till 11 a.m. (1st floor)
To get a badge, you will have to present your passport or identity card. Delegates will be registered in alphabetical order by the first letter of their last name.
If you collect badge for another person, you will be asked to sign for it and present your identity card.
After getting registered, you will be given a badge and a delegate’s bag. Please be sure to wear your badge throughout the Conference to ensure yourself an easy access to all events.
At September 30 please proceed to Grand Ballroom hall not later than 11.30 a.m., after this time entrance to Grand Ballroom hall might be limited, due to presence of high level quests.
Delegates' lunches will be held at « The Ritz Carlton Almaty» Hotel in accordance with invitation cards that will be issued to you at check-in.
- Delegate lunches – Altitude restaurant (28th floor)
- VIP guests lunches – Vista restaurant (30th floor)
EVENING RECEPTION
On the occasion of the opening of KIOGE 2026, participants will be invited to an evening programme consisting of two parts. From 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., a special screening of an anniversary film celebrating the 30th anniversary of KIOGE will take place at Almaty Theatre (Al-Farabi Avenue, 30). Guests will then be invited to a networking reception at Château Fantôme Restaurant (Nazarbayev Avenue, 275B), from 8:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Invitation cards for both events will be provided to delegates during registration, together with their badges and delegate bags.

SIMULTANEOUS TRANSLATION
Headphones for simultaneous interpretation will be available for you at the entrance of the session halls. In order to get the service, you will need to leave your passport or identity card as collateral.
SHUTTLE BUSES SCHEDULE
For your convenience during the conference following the Conference - Exhibition and back route will run comfortable buses. The bus schedule can be found at the reception desk at «The Ritz Carlton Almaty» Hotel
